Located in Slough, our school is led by Aaron Bannister, a passionate martial artist who understands the positive impact that martial arts can have on one's life. Having experienced it firsthand as a child, he aims to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for students to improve their fitness levels and build the confidence they can carry into their everyday lives.
We offer a range of children's programmes tailored to different age groups, including Junior Martial Arts, Little Monsters, Monster Tots, and Teens & Adults. These classes not only help children develop physical strength, but also promote discipline, respect, and enhanced listening skills. Parents have noticed positive changes in their children, such as increased self-confidence and a greater sense of respect for others.
For teenagers and adults, we offer a Teens & Adults programme that focuses on self-defence techniques and overall fitness. Additionally, we have a Ladies Only Kickboxing programme, providing a supportive and empowering environment for women to learn and grow.
Our two convenient locations in Slough and Yiewsley offer state-of-the-art facilities to ensure a safe and comfortable training environment. Our Yiewsley location is based at Yiewsley Methodist Church on Fairfield Road, while our Slough location is situated at Upton Court Grammar School on Lascelles Road.
