Full Circle Fitness is co-founded by a husband-and-wife team with over 20 years of combined experience in training individuals and groups. They hold qualifications in personal training, strength and conditioning, pre/postnatal training, kettlebells, TRX training, boxing padwork, nutrition, life coaching, and more. With their diverse backgrounds and expertise, they have created a space that caters to what works best and offers the greatest chance of success on your fitness journey.

Dani, co-founder and personal trainer, brings over 15 years of fitness experience to Full Circle Fitness. She has worked in various fitness roles and has a passion for personal training. Dani injects energy into her sessions and takes the time to build an understanding of her clients' lives outside the gym. This allows her to tailor each session to help clients reach their goals and get the most out of their time in the gym.
Her focus is on getting Cookham moving and believes that offering education and guidance in a small group setting is the key to achieving that.
Michael, co-founder and personal trainer, brings a wealth of experience from working in gyms in the UK and abroad. He has expertise in pre/postnatal training and strength and conditioning for sports. Having overcome his own knee injuries, he is passionate about helping people move better, without pain and restriction. Michael firmly believes that individuals are much stronger and more capable than they can ever imagine and is dedicated to helping them realise their full potential.
