Welcome to the Geelong Academy of Performing Arts (GAPA), a renowned dance and musical theatre school located in the vibrant arts precinct of Geelong. Dedicated to recognising, nurturing, and developing talent, GAPA offers exceptional tuition for children aged 4 years and above.
At GAPA, we strive to provide our students with spirit and opportunities in the fields of dance, acting, and singing. We believe that dreams are the foundation of all success, and our goal is to provide a means to those dreams. With a strong focus on cabaret/show performances, our dance school specialises in Theatrical Dance, encompassing Jazz Modern & Theatrical, Tap, Contemporary, Basic Acting, and Technique. Our diverse range of classes caters to students of all ages, from 4 years to adults.
In addition to our dance classes, GAPA also offers a dedicated Musical Theatre course for children aged 7 to 17 years. These classes combine acting, dance, and singing, creating a holistic approach to developing young minds and bodies. Whether your child is a beginner or an experienced performer, our highly skilled and qualified instructors are committed to helping them grow and reach their full potential.
