The Jan Oman Award of Merit recognises the contribution of a player to the Flyers Junior Development Programme during their tenure. The recipient(s) of this award are determined by the coaching group and the Flyer's Coordinator. Past winners include Annie Henderson, Mia Doherty, Meg Threlfall, Isabelle Teague, and Elle Rippon.
