Payment options at Gems Athletics include Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, direct deposit, cash, and debit. An annual $40 GST Gems Athletics Gym Registration Membership fee is required for all athletes, with exemptions for certain programs such as Private Lessons, Parent and Tot, Open Gyms, Trial Classes, Camps, and Clinics.
Gems Athletics Cheer & Tumble ensures that classes will run pending sufficient registration and reserves the right to cancel or decline a registration at any time. For Birthday Parties, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with specific cancelation policies in place. Tuition is due upon registration, with refund policies in place for withdrawals made within a certain timeframe.
