Head instructor Black Belt Jason Gagnon leads the BJJ program at Genesis, with students travelling from all over the country to train with him. Muay Thai Kickboxing, also known as the “art of 8 limbs,” is a striking based martial art originating from Thailand. Genesis offers classes for kids, teens, and adults, with mixed levels suitable for beginners and professional athletes alike. The Muay Thai program at Genesis is known for its experienced and technical instruction, ensuring students receive the highest level of training.

Classes at Genesis Martial Arts and Fitness are offered throughout the week, with private lessons available upon request. The schedule includes Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes for toddlers, kids, teens, and adults, as well as Muay Thai Kickboxing classes for kids and teens/adults. Beginner-specific classes are also available for those new to the sport.
