Gin Gin Golf Club

Welcome to Gin Gin Golf Club, where great golfing and a friendly welcome await you. Located in Bundaberg Regional, Gin Gin Golf Club invites both visitors and new members to come and enjoy a round of golf on our beautiful course.

The club was first established in late 1970, with the first competition being played on 24th April 1971. The clubhouse officially opened on 12th December 1971 and has since undergone improvements to both the course and facilities. All of these enhancements have been made possible by the hard work and dedication of our volunteers, who have contributed their time and energy to create what you see today.

Our course features 9 holes with alternate tees, offering players a variety of angles and challenges. With a par of 72, a rating of 70, and a slope rating of 108, our course is suitable for golfers of all skill levels. While there are only a couple of bunkers and water holes, the main hazard is the irrigation channel on the right of the 9th and 18th holes. Lined with trees, our fairways present additional difficulties, and some greens have tricky slopes that will test your approach shots.

The current course record, held by Scott Warren, stands at an impressive 61.

At Gin Gin Golf Club, our objectives are to promote, encourage, and foster the game of golf, as well as to encourage social interaction among club members. We hold meetings, competitions, and matches to facilitate golf play, and we welcome new members with open arms. At Gin Gin, you'll find that there are no strangers, only friends you haven't met yet. Whether you're participating in competitions, social events, or our monthly 19th Hole BBQ night, you're sure to enjoy your time at Gin Gin Golf Club.
