Lackadaisical about my health. I took advantage of my youth and didn't prioritise my well-being.
So, what changed? Well, it was a combination of hitting rock bottom and having a wake-up call. I realised that I was wasting my potential and that I deserved better. I made a decision to turn my life around and focus on my health and fitness.
Furthermore, I became obsessed with learning about nutrition, exercise, and mindset. Besides, I studied personal training and became certified so that I could help others on their own fitness journeys. Moreover, I wanted to make sure that no one else had to go through what I did, feeling stuck and unhappy with their body.
