About
Glow Pilates & Yoga is a welcoming and intimate studio located in the charming back streets of Woody Point, Queensland. Open to both men and women, the studio caters to individuals of all experience and fitness levels.
The studio offers a range of classes, including vinyasa yoga, mat pilates, yin yoga, and stretch classes. Each class is designed to help participants build strength, flexibility, balance, and resilience in their bodies, breath, and minds. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, the classes at Glow Pilates & Yoga provide a supportive and progressive environment for personal growth.
Before each class, the instructors take the time to check in with participants to address any concerns, limitations, or injuries. The studio provides most of the necessary equipment, including grippy LuLuLemon mats. However, participants are welcome to bring their own mats if they prefer. It is recommended to bring a towel and water to stay hydrated during the classes.
At Glow Pilates & Yoga, the instructors understand the importance of finding stillness and mindfulness in addition to movement. Each class offers moments of stillness, allowing participants to connect with themselves on a deeper level. The studio aims to create a unique and meaningful experience for every individual that steps foot inside their space.
Claire, the founder of Glow Pilates & Yoga, is dedicated to providing a supportive and empowering environment for her students. She believes that the strength and confidence built on the mat carries over into every aspect of life. The studio is driven by a commitment to improving the physical and mental health of its members and creating a positive impact that lasts for years to come.
