The founder of G. Pump, Marlo, has 20 years of experience as a classical ballerina and spin instructor. Marlo's goal is to put the joy back into fitness routines, creating an environment of good vibes and sweaty times. The programme aims to make fitness more convenient and accessible by providing 132 on-demand workouts that can be enjoyed from anywhere in the world, at any time.

The monthly membership fee of $29AUD gives members unlimited access to these workouts.

With the G. Pump Studio Membership, individuals gain access to a variety of workout options. They can philtre their workouts by 1-hour full-body programmes, targeted workouts, dance cardio, build, mat, aerobic workouts, low-impact, and pre/post-natal exercises. Each week, there is a new curated playlist of workouts and members can also enjoy music from banging Spotify playlists.

G. Pump aims to eliminate the need for early drives to the gym and the stress of finding a suitable class, providing the flexibility to workout on one's own schedule.

For those who prefer an in-person fitness experience, G. Pump offers classes in Fortitude Valley. Participants are encouraged to wear their most fabulous outfits and bring a towel for the sweaty moments, a mat for floor work, and water to stay hydrated.
