This is achieved by taking the fight to the ground and applying joint locks and chokeholds to defeat the opponent.

With over 30 years of experience and more than 825 schools worldwide, Gracie Barra has built a strong reputation for teaching the highest level of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
