Community Rowing is a group indoor rowing fitness programme in Greystones (and Bray) that combines full-body rowing with bodyweight exercise and stretching for a low-impact, high-intensity workout. Classes are suitable for all ages and all fitness levels, with a focus on safe technique and timing. With one-hour sessions and limited class sizes, you get coaching attention to help build endurance, strength, coordination and better posture in a communal atmosphere.
