Ground Control Academy Ardrossan is dedicated to providing high-quality martial arts instruction in a safe and supportive atmosphere. Located on First Ave in Ardrossan, our academy offers a variety of programs catering to different age groups and experience levels. From our Micro Ninjas program for 4 & 5-year-olds to our Adult/Coed and Women's Only classes, there is something for everyone at our academy.
Our Micro Ninjas program focuses on building motor skills, coordination, and discipline in a fun and engaging way. The Little Ninjas program for 6-8-year-olds aims to develop self-confidence, respect for others, and physical fitness through interactive activities. The Youth Class for 9-12-year-olds offers a dynamic jiu-jitsu experience, focusing on character development and essential values such as discipline and respect. The Teen Class for 13-17-year-olds provides comprehensive training in jiu-jitsu, promoting self-improvement, resilience, and effective communication skills.
For adults, our Adult/Coed program is a fantastic way to enhance self-defence skills, improve fitness levels, and build relationships within a supportive community. Our Women's Only program offers a space for women to learn and practice jiu-jitsu, focusing on self-defence, confidence building, and overall fitness.
