
Join the group fitness classes at Griffith University Tennis Centre for a fun and energetic workout. The Centre offers a variety of classes that cater to different fitness levels and preferences. The classes vary in length from 30 minutes to 45 minutes, allowing you to choose a session that fits your schedule.
The new group fitness timetable is starting on February 26, 2024. Classes are available throughout the week, including on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Some classes offered include Adult Swim Fit, Pilates, Box H.I.I.T, RPM, Yoga, and more.
If you're looking for a quick workout, you can join the 15-15-15 class, which gives you the option to drop in for any 15-minute interval or stay for the full 30–45 minutes.
Whether you're interested in cardio workouts, strength training, or relaxation through yoga, there is a class for everyone at Griffith University Tennis Centre. The classes are designed to improve your overall fitness, strengthen your muscles, improve posture and coordination, and reduce the risk of injuries.
The Griffith University Tennis Centre follows a group fitness policy to ensure the safety of participants and the smooth running of the program. Class times may be subject to change based on instructor availability and attendance levels. In case of consistently low attendance, classes may be rescheduled or moved to a different day and/or time.
