Welcome to Gym N Tonik, a fully equipped gym located in Hainault, Essex. Founded by Pete Davis, who has been in the fitness industry for the past 17 years, Gym N Tonik provides a range of fitness services for individuals of all levels, from beginners to advanced.
Pete is a qualified gym instructor and personal trainer, having completed courses with Fit To Perform and Focus. He has previously worked for Virgin (formerly Esporta) for 6 years before opening his own private personal training studio/gym, which he successfully managed for 10 years. Now operating out of Synergy Fitness, Pete is ready to help you reach your fitness goals.
Gym N Tonik specialises in various areas of fitness, including weight loss, toning, weight training, body sculpting, sports and body conditioning, and boxing (pad and bag work). Pete also offers assistance with injury rehabilitation and prepares individuals for fitness tests to enter professions such as the police, fire brigade, and army.
The gym is fully equipped with all the necessary facilities, including satellite TV, air conditioning, and separate male and female showers and changing rooms. Whether you have a specific event to prepare for or simply want to look and feel good all the time, Pete is here to provide the motivation and support you need.
