The pride of Hackney RFC lies in its dedicated women’s team. Guided by a group of experienced women, they support each other on and off the field, showing humility in victory and learning from defeat.

Greg wants to remind everyone about the training schedules: Junior sessions are every Sunday morning, from 10:00 am to 11:30 am, at the Recreation Ground on Spring Hill, E5 9BL, and go from September to April. It's a great chance for young rugby enthusiasts to hone their skills.

For adult women, training is on Wednesdays from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm at Mabley Green Park, E9 5HW. All levels and abilities are welcome, creating a supportive space to enjoy the sport.
