We run group classes such as Hatha yoga with Vinyasa flow, achievable newbies yoga, mat Pilates for core strengthening, Tai Chi for Health, and SuperCue Seniors strength and balance for older adults. You can also enjoy an infrared sauna, plus coaching in 1:1 or group formats.
