Joe Smith is one of only a handful of Internationally Qualified Fitness Professionals with experience in Sports Coaching, Personal Training, Sports Medicine, and exercise for Mental Health.​

Joe has a strong background in prescribing appropriate exercises for clients with complex training needs and to improve mental health.​

Bodypositive Personal Training or Buddy workouts are available to help you reach your physical & mental health goals PLUS ongoing coaching support that ensures fun & judgment-free workouts. ​
