In terms of the classes I offer, I have beginner, intermediate and advanced levels, and I try to make sure that everyone feels comfortable and challenged in their own way. I teach proper alignment, body awareness, strength building exercises, and balancing techniques. Classes are focused on progressions and drills to help students work towards achieving a solid handstand. Private lessons are also available for those who prefer one-on-one instruction.
