About
Heated yoga and hot Pilates classes at Havyn Hot Yoga in Vancouver, with studios at UBC and other neighbourhoods. Infrared-heated sessions run from beginner friendly Hatha to flow based vinyasa and more intense Power Flow. There are also Yin yoga classes focused on deep stretching and relaxation, plus mat based hot Pilates for core strength and posture. This fits people who want guided, breath oriented practice in a warm studio.
