Helen quickly fell in love with dancing from the start. She trained extensively in Tap, Modern, and Jazz, achieving high-grade distinctions in her ISTD exams. Her passion led her to pursue teaching, obtaining her Associate qualification in Tap, Modern, and Jazz from the ISTD. With over 15 years of experience, Helen excels in nurturing young dancers through her Dinky Dancers programme.

Helen's classes focus on developing coordination, rhythm, and musicality in a fun way. Her dedication and enthusiasm make her a beloved member of the Hayley Sexton School of Dance faculty.
