Hayley Simpson runs Hayley's Yoga in Southampton. With two decades of yoga experience, Hayley focuses on sharing the physical and mental benefits of yoga with her students.
Certified in Hatha Yoga in 2021 through HFE (Health and Fitness Education), Hayley is well-prepared to lead her sessions. She emphasises the importance of regular yoga practise for overall well-being.
Hayley’s classes revolve around Hatha Yoga, practised at a steady pace to connect breath (Pranayama) with movement. Through various postures (Asanas) and breath work, she helps students build strength, balance, and flexibility, enhancing body and mind awareness.
Classes are open to all, regardless of age or experience. Hayley tailors her approach to suit individual needs, ensuring comfort and support for every student.
