HDN Track is a community-centred running club and coaching space in downtown Toronto. It supports runners at many levels, from newcomers to people training for specific goals like a 5k, half marathon, breaking 3 hours, or higher standards. The focus includes running form assessment, coached track sessions, interval workouts, strength and conditioning, and optional RMT-based bodywork (covered by insurance). It also hosts free community runs and social events for shared training.
