Headingley Pilates, located in Leeds, is a renowned Pilates studio founded by Kath Nisbet, a highly experienced movement teacher with nearly thirty years of experience. Formerly known as Kath Pilates Leeds, Leeds Pilates Place, and Headingley Pilates, the studio takes a holistic approach to whole body wellness and health.
At Headingley Pilates, the dedicated team of friendly and patient trainers provide a supportive environment for clients to achieve greater freedom of movement and overall happiness in their bodies. Kath Nisbet will be relocating to the wild West Coast of Scotland, where she will continue teaching Pilates online and organising rewilding retreats at her new eco home situated next to the Atlantic Ocean. Kath plans to return to Leeds every six weeks to offer face-to-face sessions, workshops, and mini day retreats.
