The Helly Hansen Women’s Challenge at Manly Yacht Club was a big success with a record number of 42 boats competing in two divisions. Despite some tough conditions early on, including tricky winds and a passing tanker, the sailors were able to kick off the race with a lot of excitement. In Division 1, Bridget Canham on It Happens took the top spot, followed by Esprit and Jambo from MHYC close behind. Division 2 saw Catherine Thornton-Rofe dominating on Kaotic, with Melody and Ace not far behind. Tracy Richardson sailed her way to victory in the All Female category on Artemis. It was an incredible event that showcased the talent and determination of female sailors in the area. A huge congratulations to all the participants and winners for their hard work and skill on the water!
