HerCoreStrength, founded by Anne Beetham, is a fitness programme and health consulting service based in Auckland. Anne, who has lived an athletic lifestyle, is passionate about sharing her journey and helping others reach their fitness goals.
Anne knows the struggles of maintaining an athletic body, having faced her own challenges with weight gain during her teen years, twenties, and pregnancy. As a busy mum of two kids, one with a disability, she understands the need for workouts that are both effective and convenient. That’s why HerCoreStrength workouts are designed to fit into even the busiest schedules.
Participants have praised the HerCoreStrength workouts, noting their challenging and dynamic nature, the use of light weights, and the focus on good posture to improve breathing. The classes are adaptable, allowing for modifications based on individual abilities.

In-person services include group classes. The Initiators Club offers special rates until 29 February 2023. All classes are adjustable to all fitness levels, and the first session is free. Regular attendance can be at a casual rate of $15 per session or a block of 10 sessions for $110. The package of 10 sessions needs to be used by 29 February 2023.
