The classes are held in the open air on the tennis courts, allowing participants to enjoy the natural surroundings while practising their yoga and pilates. In case of inclement weather, the classes are also conducted indoors.
The Yarra Junction Tennis Club offers ample parking for attendees, making it convenient for them to attend the classes without any hassle. The tennis courts are fenced on three sides, creating a safe space for children to play, scoot, or ride, allowing parents to focus on their practise with peace of mind.
The class schedule runs from Monday to Friday during the school term, with the possibility of additional classes being added based on interest. Nat and Amy understand that life can be unpredictable, and they are accommodating of missed classes. Participants are allowed to make up for missed classes at any other class during the week, provided it is during the term. Additionally, up to two missed classes per term due to illness or unforeseen circumstances can be credited towards the next term.
