About
Heron Croft Sangha is a weekly meditation and mindfulness community meeting in Annan (and also online) every Saturday at 10 a.m. It suits people looking to practice guided meditation, walking meditation, and silent sitting meditation, plus time for reading Buddhist teachings and sharing experiences. The group welcomes newcomers and experienced practitioners from different backgrounds and faith traditions, with meditation instruction available on request and no membership or fee.
