At Hibiscus Surf School, Newquay, women of all fitness levels can experience the thrill of surfing in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. As Europe's first women-only surf school, we understand that women learn differently, and we have tailored our courses and techniques to cater to all abilities and learning styles.

Whether you're a first-time surfer or looking to improve your skills, our experienced instructors will provide surfing lessons that are tailored to your individual needs. We offer one-to-one tuition, small group lessons, and even specialise in family fun lessons, so the whole family can enjoy learning to surf together.

When you join us for a surf lesson, all the necessary equipment including boards, wetsuits, and rash vests are provided. We adhere to all government guidelines in relation to Covid-19 to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.

Since 2002, we have been dedicated to schooling surfers and helping them get the most out of their surfing experience. Whether you're learning to get to your feet, improving your ride, or perfecting your turns, we have the perfect formula to help you achieve your goals.

To see some highlights from our events and lessons, check out our gallery. Our lessons take place at South Fistral beach, Pentire, Newquay, a renowned surf spot with some of the best waves in the UK. All you need to bring is your swimwear, towels, and sunscreen. Wetsuits, boots, rash vests, and surfboards are all included in the lesson cost.

After your surf lesson, you can wind down with a glass of wine or hot chocolate and enjoy the stunning views from the restaurant overlooking the beach. Or, you can take a stroll to the famous Fern Pit café and sample their delicious crab sandwiches.

To ensure a smooth experience, we ask all surfers taking surf lessons to meet at 23 Farfield Place TR7 1NY.
