Highwood Ladies Tuesday Morning Golf League

The Highwood Ladies Tuesday Morning Golf League is the perfect opportunity for lady golfers in High River to come together and enjoy some friendly competition on the greens. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, everyone is welcome to join in on the fun.

Starting on Tuesday, May 2nd, the league kicks off with a morning shotgun round, with adjustments made as needed in the shoulder months. Before the season officially begins, there will be a Welcome Back/Registration gathering on Tuesday, April 25th from 9-11 AM.

Every week, participants can take part in a variety of competitions, including the Game of the Week, Chip In, Closest to the Pin, and a 50/50 Draw. Seasonal events like the Ringers Game and Partner Match Play provide additional opportunities for some friendly rivalry. And don't forget the chance to tee off with the Pro Shop staff for a unique golfing experience.

After the round, lunch and socializing await, giving everyone a chance to relax and chat about their game. Highwood also participates in CHAMPS and Country Interclub events, allowing members to explore other clubs and host visiting ladies. The season concludes on Tuesday, September 12th with the Fall Scramble, Dinner, and Meeting, capping off a fantastic season of golf.

In addition to the regular league play, the ever-popular Ladies Open tournament will be returning on Sunday, July 23rd, giving players a chance to showcase their skills in a competitive setting.

Newcomers are encouraged to come out and give the league a try before committing to joining. It's a great way to get involved in the golfing community, meet new friends, and have some fun on the course.
