Holton Park Therapy Gym

Holton Park Therapy Gym in Holton St Mary (near East Bergholt), between Colchester and Ipswich, is an inclusive gym designed for adults and children with disabilities, chronic health conditions and SEND. It offers a Therapy Gym with adaptive equipment, supervised exercise programmes for rehabilitation, recovery and fitness, plus wheelchair accessible facilities.
