The sessions that I run will be about training the mind, body and spirit. So if you're doing yoga and other activities on Playsport, you will be able to incorporate the values that I practice in my sessions throughout your other activities and even in your life.

If you stay consistent you will build confidence, resilience and discipline. This will help you be more focused on dieting and reducing the time you procrastinate while you work and increase your quality of living.
