About
Hove & Kingsway Bowling Club is a friendly lawn bowls club located in the picturesque town of Hove, New Zealand. With a thriving membership and excellent facilities, the club welcomes bowlers of all ages and levels of experience. Whether you're a seasoned professional or new to the sport, you'll find a warm and inclusive environment at our club.
As the bowling season comes to an end in September, our greens are closed until April 2024 when we will reopen for both members and non-members. However, during the off-season, the club remains open on weekends for socialising, food, and entertainment. Members also enjoy exclusive discounts on green fees and at our licenced bar, making it even more enjoyable to spend time at the club.
In addition to social bowls, Hove & Kingsway Bowling Club hosts various club competitions for its members. You can participate in friendly matches with other clubs and join both the men's and mixed league teams, as well as county competitions for those seeking a more competitive experience.
The clubhouse at Hove & Kingsway Bowling Club is a fantastic venue that offers a wide range of amenities. If you're in the mood for a cup of tea or a refreshing beverage, our welcoming staff will be happy to serve you. We regularly organise social events and live music, so be sure to check our Social Events page or follow us on Facebook to stay updated on the latest happenings.
