Since its establishment in 2010, How End Fisheries has matured into a stunning fishing destination. It offers a wide variety of specimen fish, allowing anglers to indulge their passion for angling. Additionally, there is a tackle and bait shop onsite, as well as separate toilet facilities containing both gents and womens/disabled toilets, all conveniently located in proximity to the car park.
Safety is also a priority at How End Fisheries. The car park is situated at a sufficient distance from the main road and is secured by entrance gates to prevent unwanted visitors.

The fishery was created from existing meadow fields surrounded by over 300 trees, including Oak, Sycamore, Silver Birch, and Elms. These trees have matured over the years, providing a stunning backdrop to the lakes. From certain pegs, anglers can even catch a glimpse of the historic Houghton House on the hill above.
The fishery also actively encourages nature and has strict rules to allow the meadows to thrive, creating a habitat for a wide variety of birdlife, including Summer Swallows and Red Kites.
