Hypnochi offers a range of classes including Power Chi Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong for health, meditation, katana, henna tattoos, and hypnotherapy. Whether you prefer home sessions or attending weekly classes, Hypnochi aims to provide freedom from stress and boost self-confidence.

Through deep relaxation, the hypnotherapist communicates with the subconscious mind to address various problems and conditions such as smoking cessation, weight control, anxiety, phobias, and more.
Viv brings her expertise and experience as a Power-Chi Yoga teacher since 2002, a certified Henna Tattoist since 1998, and a practitioner of hypnotherapy since 2009. Her holistic approach aims to offer patients confidence, peace, and overall wellbeing in their everyday lives.
For those looking for a non-traditional form of Tai Chi, Hypnochi provides a dynamic and innovative mind and body fitness concept based on the timeless practise of Tai Chi. This practise combines controlled breathing, focused concentration, and simple movements to remove blocks, increase energy, and awaken the body's natural healing ability.
