One of the unique offerings at IMMY is the Savasana Sessions, which takes your Savasana to the next level. These sessions are great for small workplaces and friendship groups who want to relax and unwind together. To book a Savasana Session, simply send a message to Imogene.

Another popular class at IMMY is “Let's Get Our Groove On! ” This class combines dancing and meditation, allowing you to unleash your inner dancer while also finding inner peace. It's the perfect mix of movement and mindfulness.

At IMMY, the focus is not on creating the perfect body or life, but on creating healthy habits that allow you to get the best out of life. Imogene's classes are authentic, non-filtered, and taught from the heart, leading to genuine connexions with those who attend. Each class is also individualised for the people in that class, ensuring that everyone gets the most out of their experience.

Imogene, the owner of IMMY, believes that yoga offers a level of connexion that is rarely found in society. She sees it as a precious gift to witness someone surrendering and trusting themselves. While Imogene doesn't consider herself a Yoga Guru, she has seen how yoga and movement can shape people's lives for the better, and she hopes to share this with the community through IMMY.

At IMMY, life, and yoga don't always have to be serious. Imogene believes that sometimes the burden of trying to be perfect or constantly striving to do better can cross over into our yoga practise. She aims to bring light-heartedness and perspective back into her students' lives through smiles and giggles. Movement, massage, and yoga are all delivered at IMMY with an intention of kindness and connexion, creating a welcoming and uplifting environment.

Imogene is an experienced instructor with over 11 years and 2,500 classes of instructing experience. She is passionate about helping people find joy in movement, stillness, and connexion. As a wife and mother, she understands the importance of balance and believes that there is an art to teaching and sharing movement that requires vulnerability from everyone involved.

IMMY isn't just an abbreviation for Imogene's Movement, Massage & Yoga, but it also represents Imogene, her husband Michael, and their two children Matilda and Yosseph. They are a happy family that is proud to call Gladstone home.

Imogene believes that taking time for yoga should not be treated as a luxury but as a priority. It is a time to breathe, stretch, relax, and unwind. She has completed various qualifications, including Level 1 Yoga Teacher Training from Yoga NRG, Sunshine Coast, Vinyasa Flow Teacher Training from Yoga Trinity, Canberra, and Level 1 Thai Yoga Massage from Thai Yoga Massage By Dani, Sunshine Coast.
