The sessions at Impact Yoga are meticulously designed into four 15-minute segments, targeting various body areas: core wake up/warm up, ab accelerate, legs/bums/balances, and arm attack/cool down. This method ensures comprehensive body engagement within each one-hour class.

Classes are available on Thursdays from 12pm-1pm and 6:30pm-7:30pm, and Saturdays from 8:30am-9:30am, providing flexible options for attendees. Students frequently praise Rikii for his energetic and motivating instruction and often report noticeable results from Impact Yoga's focused approach.
