Infight Martial Arts School in Coquitlam is a martial arts and fitness centre that offers a range of classes for all ages and skill levels. Our certified instructors have over 50 years of combined experience in martial arts, providing expert guidance and mentorship to help students achieve their goals.
We offer a variety of classes, including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, striking for teens and adults, youth and kids striking, Lil Ninjas for ages 3-6, and sparring & rolling. Each class is designed to cater to individual needs and abilities, ensuring that everyone can learn and progress in a safe and supportive environment.
Kids, teens, and adults can all benefit from our structured programs, which focus on developing physical fitness, mental discipline, and self-mastery. Children as young as three years old can start learning martial arts, developing body awareness and fundamental attention skills to prepare them for more structured learning settings. Teens gain confidence and inner strength to deal with challenges they may face, while adults learn to push their bodies and minds beyond their comfort zones to achieve personal growth.
Sensei Taylor, Aggie, Michael, Master Blake, and Professor Ryan are dedicated instructors who are passionate about helping students succeed. Whether you are looking to improve your fitness, learn self-defence, or build confidence, Infight Martial Arts School in Coquitlam has a program for you.
Coquitlam Martial Arts Academy (CQMA) was founded by Blake Lirette and Ryan Christopher as a full-time martial arts club. At CQMA, our goal is to help our members reach their physical and mental goals one class at a time. From white belt to black belt and beyond, we provide structured training in stances, defence, moving, grappling, and striking to help students develop a solid technical foundation.
