The yoga programme consists of online classes, making it accessible to individuals regardless of their location. There are two classes available per week: Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga. These classes are suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

For those seeking a more individualised approach, Infinite Pulse Yoga offers online private classes. During the initial consultation, Jana will work closely with you to identify your goals and design a practise that suits your abilities and preferences. The private sessions can incorporate various styles of yoga, such as Hatha, Yin, Kundalini Yoga, as well as sound healing with Acutonics.

In addition to regular classes, Infinite Pulse Yoga also hosts online experiential workshops that aim to assist individuals in letting go of past pains and subconscious blocks, allowing for renewed self-discovery and the creation of fresh experiences of health, vitality, mental clarity, and emotional well-being.

To further enhance relaxation and inner peace, Infinite Pulse Yoga offers Full Moon Meditation and Relaxation events. These gatherings provide an opportunity to cleanse the mind, break old habits and emotional patterns, and cultivate a state of clarity, bliss, and relaxation. New Moon Meditation and Relaxation events are also available for individuals seeking to tap into the energy of new beginnings and set intentions for the future.
