Through the guidance of experienced instructors, clients are provided with a range of practises that promote wellbeing, including yoga (movement, breath, and meditation), bodywork (massage), sound vibration, and energy work.

For pregnant individuals, there is a Pregnancy Yoga class that is available from 14 weeks until full term, providing relief from overwhelm and anxiety. Gentle Hatha Yoga is another option, aimed at gently stretching and strengthening the body while calming the mind. This class is suitable for beginners.
MenoYoga offers support for stress, specifically targeting those going through peri and post menopause. Yoga with Baby is a postnatal class designed for new parents and babies, allowing for flexibility and pauses as needed.
