Welcome to Inner Child Yoga Sydney, a sports club specialising in kids yoga and mindfulness for children aged 3–12 years old. With live-streaming classes, we bring the benefits of yoga and mindfulness directly to the comfort of your own home. Our structured programmes and guided meditations provide an educational experience for children of all ages.

In today's world, kids are feeling the stress and anxiety of disruptions to their daily lives. That's why kids yoga and mindfulness is now more important than ever. Our programmes cater to different age groups, with classes designed specifically for preschool and primary school-aged children. By incorporating yoga and mindfulness into their lives, children are able to develop significant skills such as self-awareness, emotional regulation, and physical strength.

We have received positive feedback from parents and children alike. We take pride in being registered as an approved provider and a member of various reputable organisations such as Yoga Australia and International Meditation and Mindfulness Alliance (IMMA). Our founder, Katie Briance, has undergone extensive training in children's yoga and mindfulness, ensuring a high standard of teaching.
