The studio offers a New Client/Beginner Special that includes one month of unlimited classes or a 6-class pass for $75. Bring a friend or partner and pay $140 for two people together. For regular students, Inner Light Yoga offers a variety of unlimited and punch passes to fit different lifestyles and schedules.

In addition to yoga classes, Inner Light Yoga also provides wellness specials and services such as Crystal Bowl Sound Healing with Stella and Wellness Coaching with Stella. Crystal Bowl Sound Healing offers a deeply relaxing meditation experience to help rebalance the body's energies. Wellness Coaching provides supportive guidance and practical skills to support self-development journeys.

Shamanic Journey with Myra is another unique offering at Inner Light Yoga. This Native belief energy release practice helps individuals discover more about themselves, their traits, habits, and understanding of themselves. Myra also offers Healing Massage using gentle guided intuitive traditional techniques, reiki, and acupressure to help relax and clear energy pathways.

The team at Inner Light Yoga is led by Susan, a Yoga Teacher, Personal Trainer, and Fitness Instructor with nearly 20 years of experience.
