The Introduction Program is specifically designed for young players aged 3 to 6 who are just starting to learn how to skate and play hockey. With a focus on essential skills such as stance, stride, stopping, and basic puck control, this program offers a combination of structured practices and games to help kids develop their skills in a fun and supportive environment.
Sessions run from September to March, with practices on Saturdays and half ice games on Sundays. The Beagles division, for ages 5-7, offers a Level 2 program for those looking to take their skills to the next level.
At the IP program, the emphasis is on fun and skill development, with no scores being kept at these levels. This helps to build confidence and ensure that every player leaves the ice with a smile on their face. Please note that there is a non-refundable administration fee of $75 for all registrations.
