We run group boxing classes, youth and beginner programs, and coaching, plus personal training. Sessions are available for kids, teens, adults, women, and athletes and competition coaching.

When do the kids boxing classes run?

Kids boxing classes are on Tue and Thur from 5:00 to 5:55 PM, and on Wed from 4:00 to 4:45 PM.
