At Island Yoga Vista, each week typically includes a variety of classes for people of all ages, but currently, weekly classes are on pause as Sandra, the founder, focuses on her art. However, private sessions are still available by appointment. The classes at Island Yoga Vista are intimate, limited to 8 participants, allowing for personalized attention and focus.
In addition to regular classes and private sessions, Island Yoga Vista offers an Ayurveda Yoga Teacher Training program.
