Isoflex is a unique and dynamic Yoga studio located in Auckland, offering a fusion of Mat Pilates, Yoga, functional movement, and strength training exercises. During the 60-minute classes, participants will have the opportunity to work with a range of props, such as Therabands, medicine balls, sticks, stability balls, yoga blocks, light weights, and foam rollers. These props add resistance and allow for targeted exercises to help you achieve specific goals.

To maximise the benefits, Isoflex offers two different programmes each week, which are carefully created by the instructors. Attending both programmes consistently can have a dramatic impact on how your body feels, looks, and performs. However, if the suggested days and times do not suit your schedule, the studio is happy to accommodate your needs through direct communication.

At Isoflex, the aim is to help you transform your body by firming up, sculpting, and toning your muscles.
