Yes. There are online programmes, including the Boxer's Code boxing system and an Elite Strength System, which can be done from anywhere.
Elite Strength System coaching is described as a structured strength programme with progressive overload, covering barbell fundamentals such as squat, deadlift and press.
In-person coaching is 1-on-1 with direct technique feedback every session, tailored to your goals and ability.
In-person sessions are described as 45-minute sessions from $90 and 60-minute sessions from $125.
Yes. The programmes are built around you doing extra work between sessions, with the aim of installing fundamentals you can apply anywhere.
