JB Flex & Flow runs small-group fitness and movement classes in Alexandra Hills, designed for everyday people who want to feel stronger and move more freely. Expect high-energy workouts like HIIT box step and full-body circuits, alongside yoga flow, hatha yoga and unwind and unkink stretch sessions. The studio also offers 1:1 personal training and NDIS-inclusive group sessions, with classes capped at up to 10 people for personalised attention and a friendly vibe.
