Children grow up and thrive. That's when my journey towards fitness and styling began.

I knew that in order to make lasting changes, I had to approach both my physical and mental well-being. So, I decided to combine fitness coaching and style coaching to create a holistic approach towards personal transformation. I became a certified Fitness and Style Coach, blending my passion for fitness, fashion, and personal growth.

At Jen Whitehouse Fitness & Styling, I offer a range of services to help individuals build confidence, enhance their personal style, and improve their overall well-being. My services include individual style coaching, in-store style coaching, small group coaching sessions (Sip & Style), personal shopping, and wardrobe makeovers. I also offer an online wardrobe makeover course for those who prefer a virtual experience.

Fitness coaching is an integral part of our programme. I believe that a combination of strength, cardio, and HIIT training is not only essential for physical health but also for self-awareness, resilience, and self-confidence. Through fitness coaching, I help my clients improve their general health, develop positive body image, and save time and money on wardrobe items by maintaining a fit and healthy lifestyle.

What sets me apart as a Fitness and Style Coach is my commitment to helping individuals develop their own unique expression of style that aligns with their lifestyle and goals. I understand that style and confidence are not innate qualities, but skills that can be learned and nurtured. I provide personalised guidance and support to help my clients discover or rediscover their true style and self-confidence.
