Jessica Winnemuller, the founder and lead trainer, is an ACE certified Personal Trainer with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. She is dedicated to helping her clients realize their full potential and achieve their fitness goals.

Jessica offers a variety of training programs, including Women On Weights sessions, strength and conditioning training, core development, marathon and ultra marathon training, HIIT, TRX suspension training, fusion fitness (yoga/pilates), and more. She is also a NCCP Olympic Lifting Coach, TWIST Sport Conditioning Coach, and AFLCA and TRX Group Training Leader, ensuring that clients receive top-notch coaching and support.
